Party & Private Event Options
Table Reservation — Free
Just coming in to Paint the Pottery with your group? You may reserve tables in advance at no additional charge.
Table reservations include one 2' × 2' table for every two painters.
Food and drinks are welcome but must remain within your reserved table space. Additional 2' × 2' tables may be reserved for $30 per table for food, cake, gifts, or other items.
Table reservations will be held for up to 15 minutes after the reservation time.
Wall decorations and party setup are not included with a standard table reservation. If you would like to decorate the space or have more room for your gathering, please choose a Private Event.
Private Event — Entire Front Room
$150 for 2 hours

Want a private space for a birthday party, team-building event, or other gathering? Reserve our entire front room for up to 20 painters.
This option gives your group the entire front room for pottery painting, food and cake, decorations, gifts, and gathering together.
The party host may arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up food and decorations.
Private Event reservations are for 2 hours. Please plan to wrap up your activities by the end of your reserved time. We ask that all personal belongings, food, and decorations be removed and the front room be vacated within 15 minutes after the reservation ends.
You are welcome to play your own music at an appropriate volume. A Bluetooth speaker is available upon request. Live bands and live performances are not permitted.
After-Hours Evening Package
6:00–9:00 PM — $200
Entire front room
Our after-hours package reserves the studio for your group from 6:00–9:00 PM. The reservation fee remains the same if your group chooses to arrive later or leave earlier.
Pottery and a $7 studio fee per painter are additional.
Policies for All Groups
Arrival & Setup — Private Events
The party host may arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up food and decorations.
We recommend asking guests to arrive approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so they have time to select their pottery.
All painters should have their pottery selected and be ready for instructions at the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals do not extend the reserved event time.
Private Event End Time
Private Events are reserved for 2 hours. Please plan to wrap up all activities by the end of your scheduled event time.
All guests, personal belongings, food, and decorations must be removed, and the front room must be vacated within 15 minutes after the scheduled end time.
Food & Drinks
Outside food and drinks are welcome. Please note that refrigerator and freezer space are not available.
Party Supplies
Thought Balloon Art Studio does not provide plates, cups, utensils, napkins, serving utensils, or other party supplies, so please bring anything you will need for serving food and drinks.
Decorations & Safety
Banners, lightweight wall decorations, table decorations, and balloons are welcome for Private Events.
Please do not use nails, screws, staples, strong adhesive tape, or anything that could damage the walls or studio.
Confetti, glitter, silly string, open flames larger than birthday candles, and helium balloons without weights are not permitted.
Children & Supervision
Parents and supervising adults are responsible for supervising children throughout the event. Thought Balloon staff will assist with the pottery-painting activity but are not responsible for childcare or general supervision.
Pottery Pickup
Please pick up your finished pottery within 30 days of being notified that it is ready.
